Réka and Zsanett were once colleagues at a large corporation working as management consultants. They became friends, fell in love with yoga and this encounter slowly started to change their life. They have many things in common, still two very different personalities. They believe yoga is for everyone and practice is the best thing that can happen to your next business project. They called for life Mymindfulofyoga to share the experience and joy that yoga brought in their life.

At My mindful of yoga we aim to build a community of like-minded people who would like to incorporate mindfulness and sustainable well-being through yoga into their everyday life both in and out of the office

Same same but different
If both of us would happen to climb a mountain, Zsanett would embrace it first, stare at the snowy peak, hug a tree, do a headstand in front of the oldest one while listen to the wisdom of the roots and write a poem about the whispers of the forest.
In the meanwhile Réka would immediately head to the top, find the quickest path while eagerly seeking fun and excitement on the way up there. Once she has climbed the peak, she would take a rest, look back, observe impressions, sensations and do a headstand for the sake of the challenge!
ZSANETT CZIFRUS

Zsanett was raised in a small village in Eastern Hungary dreaming about skyscrapers and big cities. Since that, she got 2 Master degrees, studied and lived in 3 countries, learned yoga and meditation in India, worked for top-tier companies from London to Johannesburg and learned to create latte art as a barista. Yoga found her during the intense corporate years to offer her a helping hand to release stress. Later she realized that practice slowly transformed her whole world from the meeting rooms to the dining table. She founded Cook Breathe Create, a holistic well-being platform to increase joy, awareness and health in people's life. Zsanett currently teaches yoga and mindful eating workshops in Michigan, US.

RÉKA DEÁK
“Be open to change yourself. Change is the only constant in your life”
Intense projects, exciting topics, demanding clients, solving business problems, weeks away from home on business trips, new teams, new projects, new cities, new cultures and often long working hours. This has been her life as a management consultant for the last 8 years. At the beginning, Réka used to compensate it with some crazy activities, climbing, running half marathons, jumping from a plane... With yoga a new chapter has been started. Travel yoga mats, early morning headstands and meditation before work, sunset yoga in the hotel`s garden while on business trips and a yoga teacher training in a monastery in Nepal. Change can be challenging, even painful. Yoga not only helps our bodies become more flexible, but also our minds. Whatever we learn on the yoga mat, is reflected in our lives off the yoga mat as well. Réka currently teaches yoga in Zurich, Switzerland.
